Terms of service

The 15-minute call is free and you owe nothing for it. Booking one doesn't commit you to anything.

We may decline a request, for example if we don't think we can help. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you.

Prices, what's included and timelines are set out in writing before work starts. No hourly billing.

Before we build your homepage, we gather what we need from you (usually the 15-minute call, your logo and a few photos).

You own your domain, your accounts, your content and your customer data.

We build your homepage before you pay anything. If you don't love it, you owe nothing and you can walk away.

If you say yes to your homepage, your whole site goes live within 7 days of that yes. The 7 days are calendar days, counted from the day you tell us yes.

If your site isn't live by then, you don't pay for the build. If you've already paid any of the build price, we refund it.

This promise covers the one-time build price. Care (hosting, edits and updates) is separate.

On the free call we agree, in writing, on the tasks we'll take off your plate, and we time how long they take you now.

Within 30 days of starting, those tasks take you at least 5 hours a week less. If they don't, you don't pay for the first month. If you've already paid it, we refund it.

This promise covers the first month's fee.

We promise your website gets built and works, and that each AI fix does what we said it would.

We don't promise sales, leads or revenue numbers. Results depend on many things outside our control.

Please don't misuse the site, submit false information, or try to break or overload it.

The words, design and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
